​Supporting Dads supports the family and builds strong communities

Kidz Need Dadz was established to strengthen families by supporting and educating Dads, and the community on the importance of fathers being  involved in their children’s lives.  

Kidz Need Dadz recognises the importance of mother’s as children need two loving and          supportive parents in their lives:  whether parents are living  under the same roof or in separate homes. Children want  two parents who love and support them to keep connections to loving supportive parents.                                                                            Kidz Need Dadz has made a commitment to spread the message around New Zealand and this has led to establishing  Kidz Need Dadz branches in other regions .                                                                           Kidz Need Dadz has five areas they work in to provide support for fathers who want to stay  involved with their children.                                                                         Kidz Need Dadz branches run independently;  not all branches will  provide all services.                                     Kidz Need Dadz welcomes enquiries from around the country from people or organisations who wish to  establish a Kidz Need Dadz in their region.
